New Uniforms for the Children

This year the children at Katunguru received new school uniforms. For many of them, this is the first time wearing a complete and proper uniform to class.

Until now, some children came to school with worn clothes, different outfits or items that were not suitable for daily learning. A uniform may seem like a small thing, but for a child it changes a lot. It creates a sense of belonging. It makes everyone equal. It allows them to feel proud when they walk into the classroom.

The new uniforms are simple, practical and made for everyday use. They give the children comfort during lessons, playtime and meals at school. Teachers have already noticed a difference in confidence and motivation.

For the community, this is more than clothing. It is dignity. It is identity. It is a sign that these children are students with the right to learn and dream like any other child.

"Seeing them arrive in the morning wearing their uniforms, smiling and ready for the day, is a reminder that small changes can have a big impact"
